This morning at 7:30 Krzysztof Mikunda, the project leader, received a phone call from a vessel with which Captain Cichocki contacted at the use of a short-wave radio. Tomasz provided information that clearly shows that everything is OK with him. He confirmed that, despite the failure of his satellite communication system, he has decided to continue the voyage. He also said that his computer predicts to reach Cape Horn in about a month's time. He gave his position. We could not even expect a more beautiful and more touching Christmas gift form Tomasz than hearing the news!
