After almost two weeks of drama we finally can confirm that cpt. Cichocki and his yacht "Polska Miedz" is safe. This weekend satellite was able to catch his AIS signal, and confirmed his location few hundred miles from Australian shore. That means that there are absolutely no reasons to think that "Polska Miedz" had any other problem than the connectivity. Unfortunately captain apparently decided not to fix this problem, and continues to sail further, without any way to contact us. From now on we rely only on the aforementioned satelite, so the location updtes can and will be irregular.
